Shoot the gun and run like hell towards the mountains *after couple of seconds everything will go quiet *repeat the process.Put a scope on a repeater, use regular bullets, and go to a place with guards (oil field, Shady Belle). As soon as you exit the bank, the game puts you in dead eye for like 10 seconds which gives you enough time to target and disarm 3 lawmen. It took me about 10 tries. (I blew myself up with dynamite every time i miffed it, so i didn't have to go back and replay the whole mission.)
